1. What types of socks does UrbanAsana sell? We offer stylish and comfortable socks for every vibe: graphic crew socks, athletic & running socks, no-show ankle socks, patterned & fun designs, moisture-wicking performance pairs, cushioned everyday socks, and more — perfect for men, women, streetwear lovers, and active lifestyles.

2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We keep it simple:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for the free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.  

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your socks! Enjoy a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed pairs in original condition and packaging (tags attached). Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is typically your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size/style. 6. How do I choose the right size? Most socks are one-size-fits-most (fits US women's 6–11 / men's 7–12). Product pages include size charts and fit details. If you have wide feet or prefer a snug fit, check customer reviews — many share real-world experiences.

7. Are your socks machine washable and durable? Yes! All pairs are machine washable (cold/warm gentle cycle recommended) and built with reinforced heels/toes to resist holes. We use high-quality yarns that hold up after many washes — follow the care label for best results.
